Ms3-based Quantification

MS3-Based Quantification is a methodological approach in isobaric tag quantification that belongs to the class of tandem mass spectrometry techniques and is distinguished by its reliance on the acquisition of third-stage fragmentation (MS3) spectra to minimize ratio compression and improve quantification accuracy by reducing interference from co-isolated precursor ions.
