Moment Analysis

Moment Analysis is a pharmacokinetic method within Noncompartmental Analysis that quantifies the time-related exposure of a drug in the body by calculating statistical moments of the concentration-time curve, specifically distinguishing itself through the derivation of parameters such as the area under the curve (AUC) and the mean residence time (MRT) from the integral moments of the concentration profile.
