Model Adequacy Checking
Model Adequacy Checking is a statistical evaluation procedure within Response Surface Methodology that assesses the goodness-of-fit and validity of an estimated response surface model by diagnosing residuals, detecting lack-of-fit, and verifying assumptions of independence, normality, and homoscedasticity to ensure the model accurately represents the underlying experimental data.
