Mixed-mode Chromatography
Mixed-Mode Chromatography is a chromatographic purification technique that employs a stationary phase functionalized with ligands capable of engaging in multiple, simultaneously operational interaction mechanisms—such as hydrophobic, electrostatic, hydrogen bonding, and van der Waals forces—to selectively separate biomolecules based on complex surface chemistry complementarity.
