Missionary Accommodation

Missionary Accommodation is a historical strategy within the field of missionary studies whereby Christian missionaries adapt religious teachings, cultural practices, and institutional forms to local customs and belief systems in order to facilitate the acceptance and indigenization of Christianity, distinguished from other missionary approaches by its deliberate emphasis on cultural synthesis and contextual sensitivity.
