Minkowski Reduction

Minkowski Reduction is a lattice basis reduction method that transforms an arbitrary basis of a lattice into a nearly orthogonal and short basis by minimizing the maximum length of basis vectors under the action of the general linear group over integers, distinguished by its reliance on the geometry of numbers and Minkowski's convex body theorem.
