Minflux Microscopy

MINFLUX Microscopy is a super-resolution imaging technique that achieves nanoscale spatial resolution by localizing single molecules through minimally invasive fluorescence excitation patterns, distinguishing itself from related methods by using a doughnut-shaped beam with a intensity null to precisely confine and track molecular emission with high temporal and spatial precision.
