Mineral Licensing

Mineral Licensing is a formal legal authorization granted by a relevant government authority that confers to a private entity the exclusive right to explore, extract, or exploit mineral resources within a specified area, subject to regulatory conditions and in accordance with the principles of national mineral tenure systems, thereby distinguishing it from mere registration, notification, or informal access arrangements.
