Mie Scattering Effects
Mie Scattering Effects is a physical phenomenon in electromagnetic wave propagation wherein wavelength-scale particles induce non-negligible forward and backscattering with complex resonance patterns, distinguishing it from Rayleigh and optical geometric scattering regimes by its dependence on particle size relative to the incident radar wavelength.
