Microvascular Reflection Coefficient

The Microvascular Reflection Coefficient is a dimensionless biophysical parameter in microcirculatory physiology that quantifies the effectiveness of a microvessel wall in restricting the passage of a specific solute relative to solvent, thereby distinguishing it from other permeability coefficients by its specific dependence on the selective reflection of solutes across the capillary barrier.
