Maxillary Denture Stability

Maxillary Denture Stability is a dental prosthetic construct that denotes the inherent resistance of an upper complete denture to displacement and dislodgment within the maxillary arch, primarily achieved through optimal adaptation to the palatal and alveolar mucosa, distinguishing it from mandibular denture stability by virtue of its expansive palatal coverage and reliance on mucosal adhesion and peripheral seal.
