Material Terms Disclosure
Material Terms Disclosure is a legal and contractual requirement in consumer protection law whereby sellers must clearly, conspicuously, and proactively communicate all essential provisions—such as pricing, duration, renewal conditions, cancellation procedures, and automatic charges—of subscription contracts containing automatic renewal clauses prior to consumer agreement, ensuring informed consent and enabling meaningful evaluation of the contractual obligations.
