Mass Timber Construction

Mass Timber Construction is a systematic construction methodology that employs engineered timber products such as cross-laminated timber, glued laminated timber, and dowel-laminated timber in load-bearing structural applications, distinguished from conventional light timber framing by its use of large, solid wood panels and beams to achieve enhanced structural performance, dimensional stability, and carbon sequestration in mid- to high-rise buildings.
