Lymphatic Valve Morphogenesis

Lymphatic Valve Morphogenesis is the developmental process by which primitive lymphatic endothelial cell clusters differentiate and organize into structurally and functionally specialized intraluminal valves, distinguishing it from general lymphatic vessel formation by its focus on the molecular and biomechanical regulation of valve leaflet formation, extracellular matrix remodeling, and site-specific cellular patterning within the lymphatic vasculature.
