Lung Frozen Section

Lung Frozen Section is a specialized intraoperative histopathological examination method in which a freshly resected pulmonary tissue specimen is rapidly frozen, sectioned, stained, and microscopically analyzed to provide immediate diagnostic assessment of lung lesions, distinguishing it from other frozen section procedures by its specific application to pulmonary tissue and its clinical context within thoracic surgery.
