Loop Extrusion Simulation is a computational modeling framework that, as a member of the class of molecular dynamics simulation methods, specifically represents the mechanistic process of chromatin loop extrusion mediated by cohesin and CTCF proteins through stochastic or deterministic algorithms to reproduce and predict three-dimensional genome organization.
