Loop Energy Minimization

Loop Energy Minimization is an optimization method in computational structural biology that refines predicted protein loop conformations by iteratively adjusting their dihedral angles to reduce the overall potential energy of the loop region, thereby achieving thermodynamically stable structures consistent with the surrounding protein framework.
