Localization Precision Analysis

Localization Precision Analysis is a quantitative methodological framework in super-resolution microscopy that determines the accuracy with which the position of a single fluorophore can be estimated from its emitted photon signal, distinguishing itself by modeling the statistical limits of position determination based on factors such as photon count, background noise, and detector properties.
