Liquid Penetration

Liquid Penetration is a physical phenomenon in additive manufacturing processes, specifically within binder jetting, wherein the infiltrating binder liquid advances into the interstitial spaces of a powder bed through capillary action, distinguished by its dependence on powder wettability, pore structure, and binder viscosity to determine the extent and uniformity of saturation.
