Linc Complex-mediated Positioning

LINC Complex-Mediated Positioning is a molecular mechanism of nuclear positioning that specifically involves the linker of nucleoskeleton and cytoskeleton (LINC) complex, distinguishing it from other nuclear positioning mechanisms by its reliance on conserved transmembrane proteins that span the nuclear envelope to mechanically couple the nucleus to cytoskeletal elements for directed intracellular movement.
