Lightning Observation

Lightning Observation is a geophysical monitoring technique that systematically detects, locates, and characterizes lightning discharges within the Earth's atmosphere using satellite-based sensors, distinguished by its capability to provide continuous, large-scale, and real-time measurements of both intra-cloud and cloud-to-ground lightning activity from a geostationary orbital platform.
