Lease Concessions

Lease Concessions is a contractual adjustment in commercial real estate leasing wherein the lessor provides a temporary financial or operational benefit to the lessee, such as rent abatement, tenant improvement allowances, or reduced lease terms, to incentivize lease execution or occupancy, thereby distinguishing it from standard lease agreements through its promotional and negotiable nature.
