Layered Toolpath Planning

Layered Toolpath Planning is a systematic methodology in additive manufacturing and CNC machining that generates toolpath trajectories by sequentially decomposing a 3D geometry into discrete 2D layers, distinguishing itself from conventional toolpath planning through its layer-by-layer fabrication approach that enables precise control of material deposition or removal along the build direction.
