Langevin Dynamics

Langevin Dynamics is a stochastic differential equation framework within the class of molecular simulation methods that incorporates both deterministic forces and random noise terms to model the time evolution of a system in contact with a thermal bath, thereby enabling the study of non-equilibrium thermodynamic processes and stochastic motion in biophysical systems.
