Land Redistribution

Land Redistribution is a formal process within land governance that reallocates land ownership or tenure rights from one set of holders to another, typically by state intervention, to address historical inequities, promote social justice, or restructure agrarian systems, thereby distinguishing it from mere land reform or restitution by its systematic and often large-scale reallocation logic.
