Isolation-based Detection
Isolation-Based Detection is a novelty detection method that identifies outliers by measuring the ease with which data points can be separated from the rest of the dataset using random partitioning, distinguishing itself from other anomaly detection techniques through its reliance on the isolation of instances rather than density or distance metrics.
