Iqbal Standard
The "Iqbal Standard" is a judicial doctrine in civil procedure that belongs to the genus of pleading standards and is differentiated by its requirement that a plaintiff’s complaint must contain sufficient factual matter, accepted as true, to state a claim that is plausible on its face, as established in Ashcroft v.
