Ionic Supramolecular Polymers

Ionic Supramolecular Polymers is a type of supramolecular polymer in which the reversible and directional non-covalent interactions are primarily driven by electrostatic forces between oppositely charged ionic groups, often augmented by hydrogen bonding or ion-dipole interactions, enabling the formation of dynamic and stimuli-responsive polymeric assemblies.
