Invariant Mass

Invariant Mass is a Lorentz scalar quantity in relativistic dynamics that represents the rest energy of a system, distinguished from other dynamical quantities by being independent of the observer's inertial frame and equal to the square root of the four-momentum vector's squared magnitude divided by the speed of light squared.
