Interface Capturing

Interface Capturing is a numerical method in multiphase flow simulation that belongs to the class of interface tracking techniques, distinguished by its ability to implicitly represent and evolve phase boundaries through a fixed Eulerian grid using a scalar function, such as a volume fraction or level set, without explicitly reconstructing the interface geometry.
