Interest-only Loans

Interest-Only Loans is a type of commercial real estate financing structure in which the borrower pays only interest during the initial loan period, deferring principal repayment to a later stage, thereby distinguishing it from amortizing loans that require periodic principal and interest payments throughout the loan term.
