Integer Quantum Hall Effect
The Integer Quantum Hall Effect is a quantum phenomenon in two-dimensional electron systems under strong magnetic fields, distinguished by the quantization of the Hall conductance in exact integer multiples of the fundamental constant e²/h, arising from the formation of discrete Landau levels and the localization of electronic states in the bulk.
