Intact Glycoprotein Analysis
Intact Glycoprotein Analysis is a methodological approach in glycoproteomics that entails the comprehensive characterization of whole glycoproteins, including their polypeptide backbones and attached glycan moieties, without prior proteolytic digestion, thereby preserving and enabling the assessment of site-specific glycosylation heterogeneity and macroheterogeneity.
