Initial Exchange Offerings
Initial Exchange Offering is a blockchain-based fundraising mechanism in which a digital asset issuer leverages a cryptocurrency exchange platform to conduct a structured token sale, distinguished from other token offering models by the exchange’s integral role in hosting, listing, and often vetting the offering concurrent with or immediately following issuance.
