Infrastructure Concession Models

Infrastructure Concession Models is a project financing framework in which a public authority grants a private entity the right to design, build, operate, and maintain public infrastructure for a specified period, distinguishing it from other infrastructure delivery models through the transfer of operational risk and revenue generation to the concessionaire while retaining public oversight and ownership of the underlying asset.
