Indirect Solicitation
Indirect Solicitation is a form of customer non-solicitation whereby a party, without directly contacting or approaching a former client, employs subtler means—such as public advertising, mass communications, or third-party intermediaries—to attract or entice business from that client, thereby distinguishing it from direct outreach while still targeting identifiable former customers.
