Indirect Revascularization

Indirect revascularization is a surgical technique in cerebral revascularization that belongs to the broader class of revascularization procedures, distinguished by the placement of vascularized tissues in contact with the brain surface to promote the gradual development of new collateral blood vessels through neovascularization, as opposed to direct anastomosis of cerebral arteries.
