Implied Agency Misrepresentation
Implied Agency Misrepresentation is a form of third-party misrepresentation in which a principal, through conduct or circumstances, is deemed to have implicitly authorized an agent to represent them, thereby creating a false impression of legitimacy or affiliation that misleads third parties into believing an agency relationship exists where none was expressly established.
