Hypothalamic Control Of Lactation
Hypothalamic Control of Lactation is a neuroendocrine regulatory mechanism whereby the hypothalamus modulates lactation through the secretion of neurohormones that influence pituitary prolactin and oxytocin release, thereby coordinating the initiation, maintenance, and inhibition of milk production and ejection in response to suckling and other physiological signals.
