Hybrid Transcriptomics

Hybrid Transcriptomics is a transcriptomic analysis framework that integrates multiple experimental or computational methodologies—such as long-read and short-read RNA sequencing technologies or multi-omics data layers—to achieve more comprehensive and accurate characterization of plant gene expression, transcript structure, and regulatory dynamics than either approach alone.
