Human Interactome Mapping

Human Interactome Mapping is a systematic research framework that identifies and characterizes the comprehensive network of molecular interactions among human proteins, genes, and other biomolecules, distinguishing it from related biological mapping efforts by its focus on the entirety of functionally relevant, physically or functionally associated molecular pairings within the human cellular environment.
