About

Human challenge models is a controlled experimental methodology in which human volunteers are intentionally exposed to infectious agents or other specific stimuli under monitored conditions. This approach is employed to investigate disease mechanisms, evaluate immune responses, and assess the efficacy and safety of vaccines, therapeutics, and other interventions, providing accelerated insights into human biology and pathology.
