Host Network Inference

Host Network Inference is a computational framework within ecological network inference that specifically identifies and reconstructs species interaction networks by modeling host-symbiont or host-pathogen associations from biological data, distinguishing it from general ecological network inference by its focus on hierarchical and often asymmetric dependencies between host organisms and their associated taxa.
