HOLAP Storage is a hybrid data storage methodology within Online Analytical Processing systems that integrates the scalability of relational storage (ROLAP) and the performance efficiency of multidimensional storage (MOLAP) by selectively storing detailed data in relational databases and aggregated data in multidimensional cubes.
