Hencky Strain
Hencky Strain is a dimensionless measure of true strain defined as the natural logarithm of the ratio of the final length to the initial length of a material element, distinguishing itself from other strain measures by its additive property under successive deformations and its foundation in the logarithmic strain tensor for finite deformation analysis.
