Helical Structure Analysis

Helical Structure Analysis is a computational and spectroscopic method used within circular dichroism spectroscopy that distinguishes itself by quantitatively determining the secondary structural composition of proteins, particularly the proportion and type of helical conformations such as α-helices and 3₁₀-helices, from characteristic far-ultraviolet circular dichroism spectra.
