Hazard Rate Analysis is a statistical methodology within survival analysis that quantifies the instantaneous risk of an event occurrence at a given time point, conditional on survival up to that time, thereby distinguishing it from other time-to-event approaches by focusing on the dynamic trajectory of risk over time.
