Harborfront Access is a conceptual framework within urban design scholarship that specifies the conditions and mechanisms enabling equitable public connectivity to and along harborfront zones, distinguishing it from general waterfront access by its focus on integrated multimodal pathways, contextual land-use integration, and sociospatial inclusivity in port-adjacent urban environments.
