Hammerfist Strikes
Hammerfist Strikes is a striking technique in martial arts and combat sports that involves using the bottom of a clenched fist, the heel of the hand, or the outer edge of the forearm to deliver targeted percussive force, distinguished from other strikes by its compact gripping configuration and emphasis on close-range, downward or forward-driving impact.
