Gully Headcut Migration
Gully Headcut Migration is a geomorphological process in which the upstream advance of a vertical or steeply sloping erosion front at the head of a gully occurs due to hydraulic undercutting and mass failure, distinguishing it from other forms of channel erosion by its localized, stepwise progression driven by detachment and collapse at the headcut face.
